Garret Viggers
Co-Founder & CEO
Garrett Viggers is a renaissance insurtech entrepreneur with over 20 years in the employee benefits industry, and currently focused on building the future of employee benefits distribution companies at Zoë Foundry, a culture-first venture studio. Garrett's expertise includes distribution strategy, digital transformation, ecosystem integrations, as well as quoting & underwriting innovation. He received a Masters in Spiritual Formation in 2010 at St. Stephens University in New Brunswick Canada.
In February, 2014 Garrett co-founded Limelight Health as Chief Product Officer, a San Francisco based insurtech startup that grew to 125 team members with 12 million annual recurring revenue. The vision was always to empower insurance carriers, brokers, employers and employees to make good benefits decisions through the underwriting, quoting and enrollment journey. In August 2020, FINEOS acquired Limelight Health for 75 million. Garrett also enjoys making music, songwriting, surfing, backcountry snowboarding, and Sprinter van adventures with his wife, and being a father of 3 adult kids.
Jason T. Andrew
Co-Founder & COO/CIO
Jason is a seasoned entrepreneur, angel investor, and executive with over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley. He has worked in real estate, insurance, technology, and nonprofits, and is passionate about building companies that are values-driven and where people can collaborate in an environment where trust and authenticity bring about amazing results.
Jason's last company, Limelight Health, was acquired by FINEOS in August 2020. Limelight Health was one of the early Insurtech companies, and both the company and Jason won numerous awards over its 7-year journey.
Most recently, Jason was Chief Alliance Officer for FINEOS (ASX: FCL), responsible for global partnerships. FINEOS is a global company transforming core systems for group benefits. FINEOS’ vision is to create a world where protection from illness, injury, and loss is accessible to everyone. Over the past 20 years, Jason has started 4 companies and raised nearly $100M from venture capital, angel investors and private equity.
Jonathan Mulieri
Co-Founder & CTO
Jonathan is a proven technical leader with two decades of engineering and product expertise. He has a track record of tackling complex problems with creative solutions and has been instrumental in scaling startups across a variety of domains including finance, insurtech healthcare, adtech, martech, e-commerce, cyber, and disinfo analytics. Jonathan is passionate about growing and leading high caliber teams that leverage the latest technologies to accelerate bringing products to market.
With a foundation in computer science and currently finalizing graduate studies in AI and ML at UC Berkeley, Jonathan is staying at the forefront of technological innovation and is excited to champion these capabilities into the employee benefits industry.
Aside from his entrepreneurial pursuits, Jonathan values living life to its fullest. He has lived on three continents and enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, and finding creative outlets through a variety of hobbies including making music, snowboarding, and glassblowing.
